Our Team

Eunyoung Choe, MA, LMHCA

Associate Therapist

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who specializes in working with young children and their families. My primary approach is Child-Centered Play Therapy, a developmentally appropriate form of therapy that allows children to express themselves, process experiences, and communicate through the language they know best—play. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and nurturing space where children feel deeply seen, understood, and valued.

I believe every child possesses an incredible capacity for growth, resilience, and healing. Rather than focusing solely on changing behaviors, I seek to understand what those behaviors are communicating and help children develop the emotional awareness, confidence, and inner resources that lead to lasting change. As children experience safety, acceptance, and connection, that inner growth naturally begins to show in their relationships, emotions, and everyday lives.

I believe that meaningful change happens not only within the child, but within the relationships that surround them. While I work directly with children, I also enjoy supporting parents as they grow in confidence and deepen their understanding of their child. My goal is to strengthen the parent-child relationship so families feel more connected, equipped, and hopeful as they navigate life’s challenges together.

It is a privilege to come alongside children and families during both the joyful and challenging seasons of life. Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, navigating a difficult transition, or simply needs a safe place to grow, I hope to provide a supportive environment where your family feels understood, encouraged, and empowered every step of the way.
