Water Play Therapy: The Secret of Water — March 21, 2025

Water Play Therapy (WPT) is an innovative approach that utilizes water as a universal expressive medium, allowing individuals to express their feelings and project their narratives in an accessible and non-threatening manner using colors and small elements. It can be used with both individuals and groups and is an effective healing method for clients of all ages and abilities who experience sensory processing disorders, communication challenges, attachment issues, social anxiety, and trauma.

In this workshop, participants will learn the theoretical foundations and engage in practical, experiential activities. They will also watch clinical case-study videos and explore the resources and materials used in WPT, including colors, small-world items, and the water box.
